Danny Jones
Before he took the helm of GECAC, a nonprofit agency that seeks to reduce poverty in Erie County, in 2017, Danny Jones had a long and impactful career with Erie's Public Schools. A tenure that stretched over two decades included work as the coordinator of the district's Student Assistance Program and director of student services, a position in which he also served as liaison to homeless students.
In 2020, Gov. Tom Wolf appointed Jones to the Edinboro University Council of Trustees, an 11-member board that governs the university.
