Shannon Pulliam Shannon Pulliam is the all-time winningest basketball coach in Erie's Public Schools history. During his tenure, he coached the Strong Vincent Colonels to several District 10 championships. Familiar to many through an adult summer basketball league and his mentorship of students, Pulliam also worked for many years as a behavioral interventionist for the district.
