Dear Grover Cleveland Families,

Welcome to the Grover Cleveland Elementary School website. GCES is a Pre-K-5 elementary school in Erie's Public Schools.

Our vision is to create successful learners and positive contributing members of society. This will occur through rigorous academics, promoting social emotional wellness, engaging all students, and involving families.

We are committed to providing your child with the best possible education. We focus on children as individuals and strive to tailor instruction to suit their needs. We encourage you to get involved in your child's educational experience as well as the events happening at school. Successful students have support from at home, school, and within the community.

GCES promotes Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports or PBIS. In the coming weeks, ask your child about the 3 B's. We are looking forward to continuing PEER mediation, Respectful Ways social emotional learning, and expanding the student ambassador program. Look for the daily communication folder with important school information being sent home on Thursdays.
