Restraint Reporting Guidelines
1. Notify Parent within 24 hours
2. Notify Building Administrator & Special Ed Supervisor Immediately
3. Complete Incident Form & RISC Form
4. Hold IEP revision Meeting OR Get signed waiver within 10 days
5. Mail all 3 forms to your Special Ed Supervisor Together.
