• Erie's Public Schools Strategic Planning 2025-2030

    Erie's Public Schools has launched a strategic planning process that will help define our future for years to come. 

    The school district is working with K12 Coalition to facilitate the creation of that plan, which will define our vision and mission, our goals, and our strategies to achieve those goals, all with one aligned purpose: To deliver an exceptional educational experience to every student, every day. 

    A Strategic Plan Steering Committee that includes parents, staff members, community members and business leaders is helping ensure that all voices are elevated in this process. This page will be updated regularly as new information becomes available, so please visit often for the latest news regarding the strategic planning process. 

    The plan is expected to launch in either February or March and, when complete, will be posted here in multiple languages. In the meantime, we invite you to share your thoughts and questions with Erie's Public Schools Chief Accountability Officer ShaQuita Gatewood at sgatewood@eriesd.org.
