All of Erie High School's Career and Technical Education programs provide articulation agreements with local and statewide colleges and universities, guaranteeing students postsecondary credit for their CTE program. Students in the Early Childhood Education program benefit from articulation agreements with the following institutions:
- Community College of Beaver County (9 credits) aligned to Early Learning and Development (A.A.S) Degree
- Harcum College (9 credits) aligned to Early Childhood Education, Associate of Arts (A.A.) Degree
- Luzerne County Community College (9 credits) aligned to Early Childhood Education, Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree
- Montgomery County Community College (9 credits) aligned to Education in the Early Years: Birth through Fourth Grade, Associate of Arts Degree
