• Hello,

        My name is Mrs. Nowakowski. I am the Cosmetology Teacher for Level 1 and Level 3 Students. The students call me Mrs. N.

        I would like to take this time to welcome your child into our Cosmetology Program at Erie High Career and Technical Program. It is a 1250 hr. program required by the state to sit for the Cosmetology Examination.

        Let me tell you a little about myself. Prior to coming into teaching again, I was a Cosmetology Instructor for 12 years at J. H. Thompson Academies. While teaching school, I also managed to work in the field. The salons I worked at were Count and Countess, Attitudes Inc. and my current salon which I have owned and operated for 30 years,Cyprus Inc. Salon in Erie. My education started at J. H. Thompson Academies in 1988 after graduating from St Benedict Academy. I completed the Cometology Operator Program, Barbering, and Cosmetology Teaching.

        The field experience and love of customer service has led me to inspire the students.

         I am looking forward to meeting everyone this year.
