Hello Everyone!

Who am I? 

My name is Mr. Conley, and I have been given the pleasure of teaching Freshman Seminar and Geometry this year! I studied Mathematics at Gannon University and Secondary Education. Thus, I am certified to teach 7th grade Mathematics up to 12th grade Mathematics. I have taught at numerous places, such as Saint Judes, Erie Day School, Pfieffer Burleigh, Cathedral Prep, East Middle School, and Collegiate Academy.

Some things that I enjoy doing in my spare time include playing my keyboard, solving mathematics problems, painting, reading manga or comic books, and even sometimes books. Thus, I am a learner on my own independent time. I also enjoy the beauty of nature, such as the sun rising, the moon when it is full, the water on a bright day or a dark night, music, and poetry. 

My three goals as a teacher for any school year will be to... 

1: Provide an engaging curriculum through the use of gamification and activities and providing useful feedback to students.

2: Create a learning environment that is developed from not just self-respect and giving respect to others, but remaining resilient even when effectively failing in the learning process.

3: Eliminate barriers that might impede or hinder a student from learning the content presented.
