Program Mission, Vision and Objectives

Mission: Erie School District programs shape well-rounded students by challenging them with programs tailored to their strengths and exposing them to new experiences. Erie School District programs provide students with the tools they need to see things differently, preparing them to become responsible citizens in a global society. 

Vision: The Erie’s Public Schools program will provide five different pathways to college/career readiness. These pathways include:

• Arts and Communication
• Business, Finance, and Information Technology
• Engineering and Industrial Technology
• Human Services
• Science and Health

Objectives:

• Promote diverse populations
• Maximize use of school facilities
• Provide innovative and/or expanded educational opportunities
• Create programming that exposes students to new experiences
