• My name is Jillian Zelina-Anderson.  I graduated from Edinboro University with a BS in Secondary Education-English.  I went on to become cerfified as and English as a Second Language program specialist as well as Family Consumer Science teacher.  I worked in the food service industry for many years and through college, that experience gave me the qualifications to become a Culinary Arts Instructor.
