• Mike Trippi is our Construction Trades Instructor for 9-12 grade students here at Erie High School and also our Tech after Hours adult education program. Mike graduated from Harbor Creek High School and received his Master’s Degree in Technology Education from Valley City State University, North Dakota. He has been in the construction and fine woodworking industry for 25+ years and teaching for over 10. Mike holds a plethora of industry certifications and experience in the non-union and union construction fields as both a journeyman carpenter and job site superintendent. He received his superintendent training from the International Brotherhood of Carpenters in Las Vegas and continues to stay a proud union cardholder to this day. In his spare time, Mike operates his own woodworking business, building custom furniture and creating one-of-a-kind pieces for many loyal clients across the country.
