This course brings the physiological effects of nutrition and physical activity in a powerful blend of theory and practice into the classroom. Content includes fueling the muscles, quick energy snacks, fluids, pre-exercise meals, recovery foods, supplementation, and eating disorders.
    Prerequisites: Wellness/Fitness I and II.
