My name is Ms. Myers and I am a part of the three-member technology team here at Collegiate Academy.  This is my 13th year at Collegiate and my 17th in the district.   

I am a certified teacher in Technology, Language Arts, and Family and Consumer Sciences.  I have a B.A. in Speech Communication and Media Studies, and a M.Ed. in Middle/Secondary Education.  My heart is in teaching technology!  I also have credits in School Counseling, which helps me to better serve my students, families and their unique social/emotional needs.

In Room 35, students are introduced to a variety of courses:

• Freshman Seminar

• 3D Modeling

• Webpage Design

• Desktop Publishing

In the summer, I enjoy international travel with students as well as solo travel.  With our seasoned team, we have completed 4 group tours and have traveled to 11 different countries.  I can speak French, and in my free time, I am learning Spanish.  If international travel is something that interests your student, please reach out to me for more information.
