Mr. Howard has worked for the School District of Erie since 1999 in various local High Schools and Middle Schools.

 

 He has been a proud part of the Woodrow Wilson Staff since 2003.

 

He has academic training in Art Education, Art Psycho-Therapy, and Special Education.
