What is PBS?

Positive Behavior Support is a research-based framework for teaching and supporting positive behaviors for ALL students.  This school-wide

approach to discipline focuses on building a positive and safe environment where all students can learn.

How Does it Work?

Students are recognized for being respectful,

responsible, safe and focused.  When students are observed demonstrating one of the school-wide

expectations, they earn a Dragon Dollar.  The Dragon Dollars are used toward classroom-wide rewards when goals are reached.  

The Harding PBS Pledge

and try my best to Focus on the work I am to do.

To take Responsibility in all my given tasks,

and make the most of each school day, and do what I am asked.
