Hello, my name is Kayla Matthews.

I have my Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education from Penn State.

I started teaching at the Erie School District in 2021 as a substitute teacher. In the spring of 2024, I taught 2nd grade at Edison Elementary School. 

I currently teach 4th grade at Pfeiffer-Burleigh. I am also involved in the ANCHOR and the SAIL programs that are offered by the district. In recent years, I have taught ESY for Kindergarten Autistic Support.
