      All About Me:
     
         Teaching in this district has been one of the greatest pleasures of my life. I have spent over 20 years teaching in the Erie School District. I have taught at several elementary schools, a couple of which are now closed, in grades 3,5, and 6. Each grade and class of students has taught me to be a better teacher.
     
         I grew up in Erie and attended Roosevelt and Central High School. I went on to Edinboro University and earned a degree in elementary education. I then went on to Gannon University to work on my Masters degree in curriculum and instruction. I have one daughter, 19, was a foster parent for years. I live in the city and sent my daughter to city schools. I am a huge believer in our city and the quality of education it offers. But most importantly, I believe in the infinite potential of every child I have the honor of working with.
