My name is Jessica Maldet, and I serve as a Behavior Intervention Specialist at Strong Vincent Middle School. Since 2019, I have been dedicated to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students. My approach integrates Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) with trauma-informed and restorative practices to create a school environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

I am passionate about fostering kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Programs like Keepin' It P' encourage positivity, accountability, and student leadership, helping to build a connected and supportive school community. My goal is to create spaces where students feel safe, inspired, and motivated to succeed.

Outside of work, I am a proud parent, a lifelong learner, and a firm believer in the transformative power of education. I look forward to working together to make a lasting impact!
