• Mrs. Miller is the coordinator of our Student Assistance Program, (SAP), at Strong Vincent Middle School.  She is the SAP Chairperson, and Mental Health Specialist in our building. Mrs. Miller  has been with Erie's Public Schools since 1998. Before her employment with the school district, Mrs. Miller  worked in the Hamot/Harborcreek Partial Hospitalization Program. She has been working with youth and families since 1989. Mrs. Miller also works at the Erie Family Center as a therapist. She graduated from Clarion University of PA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 1989 and graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2001. Mrs. Miller resides in Erie with her husband, Rick, and their four children.
