I grew up in North East, Pennsylvania, and was raised on a grape farm.   When I was a kid I liked history and science classes best, I also participated in speech therapy as I had difficulty with my speech.  I enjoyed playing soccer, playing with Lego, and listening to 90's grunge music (I guess I'm still into all of these things).  Now I'm married, have two kids (an 15 year old girl and a 13 year old boy), and have a house (and yard) full of animals.  My favorite hobbies are building things out of wood, hiking, camping, and hanging out with my family.

I've been a speech/language pathologist for 15 years in Erie's Public Schools and have spent time at Burton, Wayne, Glenwood, Strong Vincent, Roosevelt, Emerson Gridley, Perry and others.  For the last 10 years I have spent much of my time at Edison which has made me very happy.  I've enjoyed getting to know faculty, students and their parents and becoming part of the Edison community.
